I had my baby shower and 40th birthday party at The Bureau Chicago. I scheduled a walk through first and had all of my questions/concerns answered. I was confident that my event was going to be a success, and most importantly, I felt that if I needed anything the day of, that they would assist me. I was right, my event went off without a hitch! In fact, it was amazing!! I've referred several people who've booked their event and thanked me for giving them the referral! The Bureau Chicago is very unassuming from the outside, you have to see it to believe it. It is truly a gem of a venue. It has a spacious and open floor plan, but also has nooks and crannies to store things. There was a perfect place for everything, like coats/coat rack, benches, trash cans, table space, etc. It is simply gorgeous space! This is the perfect venue for ANY event!!!! Thank you to The Bureau Chicago, you've got a super fan in me!

Recently we were looking for a venue to have a 30th birthday party for our son and his best friend. A co-worker had been to a family memebers birthday party at The Bureau Chicago and said it was a beautiful place. We emailed them with our date and time, and they repsoned back immediately, we set up a time for a walk through and we were very happy with what we saw, not only was it beautiful but very chic, and modern with a fantastic open floor space plan which was exactly what we wanted. Needless to say the birthday celebration was amazing. All of our guest had a wonderful time and couldn't stop talking about how great the celebration was as well as the venue it self and we were able to set it up just the way we envisoned it to be. The Staff at The Bureau Chicago, were also fantastic. They were warm, professional, accomodating and their committment to ensure that we would have everything we needed in place for our event which was very much appreciated by our family, they went above and beyond with excellent customer service and followup,they were attenetive to our every need before, during and after our event.
