As someone who has rented space from 6 different coworking spaces in NYC (and researched a bunch more), Workville is easily one of my favorites. It's modern, well-lit, always clean and well-stocked with amenities. You can book a conference room or duck into a phone booth pretty easily, with little advanced notice (most of the time anyway). I like the vibe. It's professional and entrepreneurial, without feeling stuffy or, conversely, feeling like a college dorm. Could use a bit more of a sense of community, but the folks who run the place put in a lot of TLC and make you feel cared for. It's close to all major subway lines and Penn Station (LIRR). You really can't ask for more, except for a killer wrap around terrace overlooking Broadway...and yes they have that too.

This is a really great spot. Not because it's extremely convenient to every part of the city, not because it has a wrap around terrace with a beautiful view. Not because it impresses all of my clients but because the people here really care about me and my business. As an entrepreneur and small business owner of a startup. I am faced with challenges every day. The one thing I can be sure of is that the people of Workville always have my back. They randomly buy food for members at the space. The invite me to events, even those that are outside the space. They introduce me to other members. They make my clients feel welcome. I'm even friends with the cleaning crew. It's all because of the culture they cultivate. It's more than just a place you go to work. It's a place that you can call your 2nd home. No pressure just good vibes. I'm a big fan of Workville and everyone that's involved in running it.
