The light-filled, modern space is available with two large meeting spaces that seats 12-60 in the larger meeting room and 8-12 in the conference room, with additional comfortable seating in the foyer. With chic furnishings and exposed brick this professional venue is perfect for board meetings, training seminars, corporate meetings, conferences, break-out sessions, and pop-ups for tech office space or group classes. Custom layout options are also available for panel discussion, cocktail hours, and private dinners.

This space can accommodate up to 100 standing, 50 banquet, and 60 theater style.

$3,500 for the first four (4) hours and $450 for each additional hour.

    The Loft is wonderful wedding venue! The brick building made for a excellent backdrop for our wedding. We added some additional string lighting overhead for our wedding ceremony. We were able to book 2 floors for the Friday evening and everything was as expected! The staff of the Loft were helpful and professional the during the entire process. Thank you all so much!

    This review has been long, long overdue. We used The Loft for our small wedding (~35-40 guests) and we couldn't have made a better decision! The folks here were AMAZING to work with. Before the wedding, they gave us a bunch of helpful resources and worked with our caterer to figure out all the logistics. Massive appreciation for letting us pick any caterer we wanted and making everything work in a fairly seamless manner. It also worked out well that they had the furniture we needed in-house so we didn't need to go looking for another vendor. On the day of, the space worked really, really well. It was cozy but with enough personal space for everyone (including kids). The industrial chic ambiance was well loved by all of our guests. The on-site POC was very helpful with all the little things that slip your mind when you're doing a DIY wedding and - matches for candles and containers for buffet leftovers. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and have been recommending the space to friends for their events.
