Overall Guest Satisfaction
Inside the space was really nice, quiet and others there were friendly, helpful and respectful. We had a few snafus with the technology which were resolved after about 30-45 minutes. Outside, there were some shady characters who made some of our guests feel uncomfortable, hanging out on the street corner & following them. Everything panned out okay as we left together in a big group.

Gorgeous shared workspace in a super convenient location. Very well run and while friendly everyone there is ambitious and hard working and inspiring. A great place to build a business. Open spaces or private offices. Highly recommend.

At the center of Silicon Alley activity, 1204 Broadway is an excellent NoMad base for innovative startups: Set between Flatiron, Chelsea, and Midtown companies like BuzzFeed, tumblr and LinkedIn. NoMad’s sidewalks are pleasant for walking, dining and shopping. Greenery can be found in Madison Square Park, just a few minutes south. There’s no shortage of after-work options nearby either. Imagine the Silicon Alley deals that were hammered out over drinks at local spots like the NoMad, the Flatiron Room, Maysville, Pioneers and Pergola NYC. Transportation is extremely convenient: The subway station for the N, Q and R trains is one block away; bus routes stop on 5th Avenue; Penn Station is ten minutes away on foot; and taxis are easy to hail on the curb.
